One lesbian couple: is abusive MRAs: what self-serving generalizations can I draw from this? And in the same breath, y’all say “don’t generalize! not all men...”

On one hand the absurd notions that feminists put forth that men and women are exactly the same has resulted in free, easy, commitment and consequence free sex for guys like me when I wanted it. The ideology has permanently damaged and diminished two generations of western women, even the ones who refute it. Ok, can I have “objectification with a side of hypocritically shaming women for having sex” for 500 pts? But, the same women that loudly demand men and women be treated equal are the first t…

Absolutely agree. I’m fine with people saying “I’m neutral” but if someone’s like “all feminists hate men” I just nope out of that convo

100%. There’s this straw man idea of feminists being “crazy 200 lb blue haired liberals that want to take away men’s rights” and to be quite honest, I’m a girl and even I believed it for a little while, bc I grew up in a very religious conservative place (I know not all religious conservatives are bad, but the ones where I live are). Any guy that is vehemently against feminism automatically makes me think they’re TRP

Ok I just looked at your post history and you are one bitter person. You feel that women somehow owes you sex, and this is an extremely toxic mentality. You really don’t see a problem with women being “taken down a peg”? If you are that bitter about women not dating you that you think they should be degraded into dating you, that is just really sad.

Okay, so even if women have this supposed advantage, the blackpill’s solution always seems to be “taking women down a peg, and bringing up men”. I don’t think bringing up men is a problem at all. There are unhealthy and unrealistic standards placed on both men and women. The problem with the blackpill/redpill/incels/mgtow is that most men within these groups fixate so much on degrading women. Just check out r/fragilemaleredditor, r/nothowgirlswork, etc. People in these groups have a disproportio…

1.) female celibacy is also rising I cannot speak to your other points as I am not well educated enough about those statistics, BUT please read what I wrote below 2.) this is not related to your other points but this is something I want to put out. 65% of women use skincare products every day. 33% of men do not wash their face every day, and 63% of men do not use face wash. Men between the ages of 18-24 are twice as likely to not wash their face every day than men between the ages of 45-54. 28% …

medians literally mean nothing though Anyone with a basic understanding of statistics knows this is not true. Medians are often better predictors than means. And if you’re saying this is biased because people lie, then I guess every study on sex should be thrown away because of that one inaccuracy. Even accounting for lies, that only puts men and women closer on terms of averages, as women have a lower reported count. So even if we raise women’s numbers by 1 on average, and lower men’s by one on…

The data they’re citing might be true but they use it to make claims that are false by assuming correlation=causation. They also seek out statistics that prove them right and ignore other statistics that disprove their argument for the causes of certain statistics.

but the kind of women who engage in short term sexual relations are 100% like that Even if that is true, however, I doubt that many women are currently looking for “short term sexual relations”. Even if some women do this, it’s not the end of the world or anything. But ask yourself if they’re really looking for stability/resources in less attractive men or not. Science as well as many studies has proved that attraction correlates heavily with emotional connection, so if women look for a long ter…

Just to add onto this comment, it’s also worth noting that incel/mgtow/redpill people tend to make wild generalizations about women. The whole “cock carousel” thing is BS, and can easily be disproven by googling how many partners the average man/woman has by the age they’re 30. Additionally, the generalizations about women make no sense, because we are intelligent human beings just like men. Imagine if women made such broad statements about men (actually, fds is a good example of this. They make…

Yeah. Fortunately, 99% of guys aren’t like that

save whatever form of staying I find them attractive/interesting/intriguing until at least a few minutes into the interaction Yes, I honestly think this is a good way to go. You’ve talked long enough to establish that you guys have compatible interests/personalities, and so it doesn’t feel unnatural.

While I wish that worked, a lot of guys (not all guys obviously) don’t respond to that. I’ve been followed by guys after repeatedly telling them to leave me alone.

It’s less about the fact that guys are simply stating that we’re attractive and more about the fact that this feels like an unnatural way to start any relationship, whereas a casual approach might not even be about dating, and it feels waaaay more natural. I don’t want this kind mean, but the whole complimenting looks thing feels desperate.
