2	How to deal with men using physical force and threats of violence to cockblock you: Dude you obviously can't justify a stabbing because someone was a little mean to you, he never touched you in a way that put your life in any danger and you could just brush off empty threats. IANAL, but from what I've read and seen, to justify the use of force in self-defense, you have to establish that there was an immediate danger (eg: man drew a knife, man has already punched you once, man is inside your home uninvited and is masked). 0	How to deal with men using physical force and threats of violence to cockblock you: Self defense always implies the use of proportional force. By bringing a gun or knife into the situation, you are automatically not in a self defense situation anymore. For example, if the guy punches you and you immediately stab him, you'll have a hard time convincing anyone it is self-defense. Even worse if you get your gun in your car since you were able to remove yourself from the potential danger and came back with the intention for harm.
