Some doctors can be really dismissive when you seek help. Unfortunately you sometimes have to keep on fighting for the right diagnosis. You mention topics related to mental health on your profile. Could the hair loss perhaps be related to you going through a stressful time in life? I had a severe acne flare up during a stressful time recently that I'm still treating

This doesn't sound to me like normal hair aging, you are way too young. Have you seen a doctor for it? It could be telogen effluvium from stress or hormonal changes
