I met a guy in college. Stood me up for our first date because he "got prescribed new medication and it made him tired". Never told me what the medication was or what it was for. Red flag number one. We reschedule the date. He spends most of it telling me the story about how he went back to his under grad alma mater (he was at my university for his masters) to visit some friends. He was staying in a hotel nearby, and the cleaning lady comes in and solicited him for sex so she could make extra mo…

Oof. As someone who has ADHD and struggles hard with RSD, not caring about whether or not people like you feels nigh impossible

The way he phrased it was "I deserve better too. She can date someone who matches her budget", and in a different comment he said deep down he knows she's not good enough for him and he has no desire to do things for her. The only difference between him and a bag of garbage is the bag

I briefly dated a LVM who would borrow other people's phones to call me, and would always leave a message saying "This is my new phone, so call me at this number" I would text the number and the person would be like "yeah this weirdo asked to borrow my phone" Men are creepy creeps

I don't think it's a bad thing to want to be desired, but men gotta remember they're not entitled to anyone's desire, especially if they want to be desired by someone specific

Thankfully for other women, it's not common. I just had bad luck I guess. Though feeling the strings all the time was painful and uncomfortable, so it was actually kinda a relief when it fell out. I wish I could have gotten the arm implant after that but insurance won't cover it or another IUD for a couple more years yet

Same. They used a speculum that was too big for me, and the thing that opens up the cervix felt like a medieval torture device. The actual insertion wasn't terrible, but afterwards I could feel the strings and the sensation never went away. The whole experience was so unpleasant and the worst part is my uterus yeeted the stupid thing 3 months later, so I went through all that nonsense for nothing

These aren't fire opals. Fire opals are literally the colors of fire: red, orange, and yellow, and don't always have the color play that Australian and Ethiopian opals do. They're mined all over Central and South America Considering the size, the opals pictured are either lab created opals, or Ethiopian opals Edit: I tracked down OP's website where she's selling these. They're Australian opals! So I was wrong. And they're set in 18k, so if anyone does buy these, you'll be buying a very high qual…

Until a gay man fondles your chest out of nowhere and when you get angry he tells you you're not allowed to be mad because he's gay and not a threat to you, even though he just sexually assaulted you. In front of other people who are taking his side

When I was still in college, I briefly dated this one guy. The only two topics of conversation were how fat he thought I was, and when was I gonna have sex with him. I was a virgin at the time and I kept telling him there was no way I was gonna sleep with him so soon, but he kept pushing and pushing. It culminated in him coming to my dorm uninvited, dumping about a dozen condoms on my desk and saying "We're going to have sex now. You say you don't want to, but I know what you want better than yo…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
