Dude she is trying to manipulate her. Just straight up tell her "you lost your chance with me, what did you think would happen when you breakup with someone. Don't talk to me again goodbye.

Yes there is black and white. She is trying to save you as a backup. Next time she says hi tell her not to speak to you anymore. She lost you and you both are done the relationship is over and never coming back not even as friends. She needs to get over it and leave you alone. Tell her she can't have it both ways.if she tries to argue out down your foot and just say there is no arguing with me now don't talk to me or I will call campus security on you.
