No just the opposite. I am a staybat home dad and she works. As for the identity part. I could still see that. She is the eldest of 5 and sees how not having more children has affected her mother and I am just not sure

I have expressed my concerns about raising more than one child and she says the same thing. "I don't know where that will leave us"

Thank you for your input. Please note that we are not discussing fertility or safety of pregnancy. Please read my other comment to get more information. As for adopting, it was something we talked about before when I was ok with having more kids. But that has changed. And we have 4 cats and 2 dog... No more pets lol.

No. It's more that if I decide that I don't want another, then she might leave. Please bear in mind. I am not great at situational interpretation, nor at communicating, my thought, emotions, etc. I just don't know what to think or how to even feel about it all. I am sad that she doesn't think we could be together if we don't have another. I am sad that I am not sure I want another child, I feel guilty for "depriving" my wife another child, and my child a sibling. I am angry at myself for feeling…

Yes there are a lot of health issues from both of us that are playing a part in the pregnancy aspect. Neither is blaming the other for that and her ability to get pregnant isn't really the problem. The problem is that I am not sure about a second and it seems from her that if we don't have a second then we are just going to be done. End of marriage etc.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
