I agree, I am going to send my landlord an email if we could cancel my lease in 30 days, if not I will have to pay 1 extra month.

He needs to date women in their 20s because their mental issues are already huge in their 30s.

Thank you for reminding me. If I would have done what she did to get that contempt of court ruling, I would be in prison.

I've used chatgpt to hold my ex in contempt of court for withholding timesharing time. I won the case. On top of chatgpt, I used my legal insurance to get some free consultations and the attorney's just confirmed what chatgpt said I should do. I do not think that she uses drugs and alcohol, but we have been divorced for a couple of years. Is there any way to find out?

Most lawyers suck in my experience. I have seen my own lawyers butchering my case and also my ex-wife's lawyers doing the same to her. Mind, I have had cheaper lawyers, while she picked high price lawyers. Hers definitely were somewhat better, but unless you get a top 10% lawyer you might be able to get similar results on your own in court. Oh, the other side will not take you seriously during negotiations without an attorney, but the judge should take you seriously if you are well prepared.

Call CPS on her! Especially if your son has bruises. He's a boy, and boys don't hit their mom, so it doesn't matter if he is 6'4" and weighs 200 lbs. CPS will show up at moms home with police; they will interview your kids. Let them know what you will be doing and tell them to be fully honest to the case worker.

Speed dating sucks. It's like being on a fish market. I did it once, the organization sucked, do it was a nightmare. Real life is by far the easiest way for me.
