Great job DAD-FISTER, I had two failed attempts at dieting by "not counting calories" in 2 years prior to 2014, and I have lost 16kg/35lb this year through tracking calories, flexible dieting and training with barbells - expecting 20kg/44lb loss by the end of the year. I've learned that nutrition isn't difficult. Set an appropriate amount of caloric intake dependent on your goals. Get essential protein and fat in. Get 4+ servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit. Get some Omega 3's in. Fill…

If I may post an excerpt from Rollo's "Dream Killers": "All of this is limited by a man’s attitude towards the opposite sex. Women are dream killers. Not because they have an agenda to be so, but because men will all too willingly sacrifice their ambitions for a steady supply of pussy and the responsibilities that women attach to this. So yes it is better to develop yourself rather than take the path of least resistance. That’s not to say don’t sarge until you’re out of college, in your 30s and …

For me it was more of being in the right place at the right time when I got started, but if I was to do it all again I would suggest identifying nightclubs that you think you'd like to play at, and start going to them, arrive early. Try and work out who some important promoters are (easy enough with facebook now) and work on getting to know them in person at the club. Bring a mix on a CD down and give it to the promoter asking them to listen to it and if they like it, they should give you a go. …

A few years ago I was DJing at some of the best nightclubs in my city and I would frequently get attention seekers coming up behind the decks while I was playing. Girls that wouldn't have any interest in me if I was just another guy in the club were putting their arms around me or even grabbing my ass while I was playing. This was pre-RP days and I didn't realise the huge advantage I had over other guys in the club when it came to getting these girls, but I was so focused on my set I didn't pay …

Another IF'er here. Made the switch about 1.5 years ago now and never going back. Blood panel is perfect. Can train much better in the Gym while in a pretty much fasted state (just some BCAA's before training). Martin Berkhan's Leangains website is the best resource I know about Intermittent Fasting but it should be noted that IF isn't a holy grail for magical fat loss or muscle gain. CALORIC INTAKE should be on point consistently for change to occur in the direction you want it, obviously with …

^ This. If your Testosterone and Estrogen levels are in the normal physiological range there is nothing to worry about. What happens when you put a female into a calorie deficit? They lose fat.

The purpose of trying is to maximise your potential. Will you get in that top 20%? I can't answer that. But why not try? I hold the belief that most people overestimate what they can do in one year, but massively underestimate what they can do in ten. See what you can do. On to my area of expertise.. if your rotator cuffs are causing problems when you train you probably need to (a) reassess your form on movements like the bench press [my experience from focusing on powerlifting the last 18 month…

Thanks for the suggestion, ill check it out. Funny, i have been too. The Art of War by Sun Tzu was a good one, and I particularly enjoyed all the examples with Eastern stories within Robert Greene's books. Eastern philosophy really fits my normal modes of thinking.

I posted the link to 'The Misandry Bubble' on my Facebook a few months back and got a mixed response. Didn't name names, but I highlighted in my own comments that there are now 8 male friends of mine no older than myself (22) that have been on the receiving end of a false rape accusation (either the girl changing her story, or evidence proving otherwise) and how it's just getting worse and worse. Also summarised the main points/general red pill stuff. Some girls unfriended me (good riddance), so…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
