Yeah that is one of the many areas that men are less than equal to the rest of society. The draft should either be scrapped or inclusive to all. To do any less would be misandry. I'm glad we're seeing progress on this front. The legal and social framework needs to let go of the bias that only men can be evil and commit crimes. When it boils down to things. Every person on a physical level is capable of committing any and all crimes. The law should reflect that instead of providing selective types of punishment based on gender and race.

The Duluth model which government agencies use to investigate domestic crime. Is a prime example of this. There is an inherent bias towards men being criminals and women being victims. Regardless of what is actually going on. Despite many people pointing the inherent sexism. Its still being used as a standard protocol in many countries. Despite making strides in equality. Exclusive responsibilities and expectations based on gender. Is just sexism plain and simple. Positive masculinity is just one side to a complex issue. I meant home as in homeland. Which is my mistake. But if you don't band together for times of crisis. Then you'll be a far easier target for military forces who need access to your land. Where as the other side is held to the same standard without any of the benefits. Both are equally terrible. In some cases it doesn't even protect the child.
