And when it does, it is not nearly as bad as what you are imagining it will be. You really need to digest and internalize these two rules. The non-simple thing is then ignoring your inner bitch and doing things that scare you. Once you start doing that, you will learn that the two rules I typed above are true. In my experience, this is helped by training yourself to understand that the worst possible outcome is not the most likely. With a lot of dudes when thinking about an action, their first and most pervasive thought is the worst possible outcome of that choice or action and they move forward as if that is the likely consequence.
