This is the type of questions that divide, they just stir conflict without giving reasons for their stance I would say that is dependant on the level of damage the accusation have inflicted on the victim, say for example they were imprisoned for 10 years, they lost their job and their lively hood and society turned against them over false allegation, the penalty should be commensurate , I don’t see why not.
