I don't exactly see how they're falseBecause it's more emotional work you need to do yourself with a therapist, not by getting internet strangers to "make" you change your beliefs. If you have harmful beliefs that you are drawn to because of emotional issues, then it's not in anyone's power to logic you out of them, and definitely not anyone's responsibility to take time out of their day to try.
