People are gonna downvote me for these, but Bitcoin , Alt-Coins, Penny Stocks, Weed Stocks, Commodities (Gold,Silver, Uranium, Lithium) Obviously you need to have an inkling of when to buy and when is a bad time, for example, right now Bitcoin and Alt-Coins are in decent buy zones and weed stocks seem overvalued. Commodities are WAY oversold. Especially Uranium.

Don't avoid overhead press. And it depends how hard you work, how often you train, whether you're aiming for strength or aesthetics, etc. I know anecdotally in 9 months i look way better than i did before. I started skinnyfat as fuck and now I'm 10 pounds heavier but significantly more lean, strong and better looking.
