When I offer to buy anyone a drink whether it be a guy or girl I'm doing it out of my own kindness. I feel like this generalized statement against men is just because if the men that person attracts. If you're at a raunchy bar/club guess who will be there? Plenty if times I've bought a woman a drink just to have conversation and leave. I've been denied and that's fine as well. That's just indoctrination at that point. That's not gender specific. The details are (saying that men will try and abuse you) but how it's being said isn't. It's just like when men are told you can't hit a woman even if she's wailing on you out of fear that the man will receive a harsh punishment.. which almost always happens. Younger generations are better about both scenarios but it's still true.

See the difference is mothers want to be pampered and fathers mostly want to relax for once. I had no problem pampering my wife because that's how she wanted to spend the day. This is a misconception. Someone can drop the charges and the state can continue to pursue charges regardless of what the victim wants to do. That doesn't mean someone doesn't get a say. It just simply means if the state thinks there's a case with enough evidence to convict they'll continue on.

I agree with that. My wife has a little bit of mood swings on her period or when she was pregnant but at most she wants to cry for something simple. She's an emotional person so it makes sense. I agree. Charges were also dropped which means the dude decided that it wasn't worth his kid being born in jail. The girl needs to learn to control her emotions though. They are a bitch to deal with when you're pregnant but it's not excuse to throw things at your SO. I'm glad I'm a dude and don't have to deal with them personally.

Not just black men. Marijuana specifically was the "mexican/latino drug of choice". So it played into that fear that immigrants from Mexico we bringing over the weed madness. I've had a few white friends get pulled over and searched as a teen and they tossed that shit out because they didn't want to ruin their lives in Texas. Me however.. I got a charge while smoking with them.. I had to get waivers to enlist on that bullshit charge to make a better life for me and my family.
