I did hear a story once of a girl of average looks that men used to go crazy over simply because she was seen to be seemingly flirting a bit with other women. It was a strategy of hers, and not because she was lesbian or bi. So usual signs of interest you'd show a man, directed at women, but when a guy you're interested in could be watching / looking in your direction.

Are the kids actually friends in school? Can you organise a play-date for the kids after school? You can offer her a coffee or drink when she comes and picks her kid up. Obviously if she declines the drink, be polite - no big deal... maybe next time, etc. But this should get her more used with you... and you with her... and should give you those few extra mins to interact with her a bit more (so you can do your banter routines!).

Treat ANY touching as interest. Even in the most crowded places people will and can avoid contact if they want to. So even seemingly accidental touches won't be an accident. Of course genuine accidental touches can and do occur, but I'd say they are very rare, so you're better off thinking that it wasn't an accident than it was.

To overcome eye contact issues get yourself a VR headset and get some VR porn. YOU DONT HAVE TO FAP. VR is awesome quality these days (so good you can see the patterns within their iris) and the girls look directly into the camera A LOT. Best solution, speaking from experience, was the Carbon Activating Powder. Works for my smoking and coffee teeth stains. Just wet toothbrush and dip the tip of the bristles in the powder.
