Oh, I agree with ya. Was just explaining why their reply didn't bother trying to refute your post. In their mind there are no false accusations, and if it's proven 100% false they brought it on themselves or whatever.

You questioned the validity of some rape accusations. The person you're replying to is one of those types that you're talking about. So, they're basically reeeeing now. Asking for proof is "pick me behavior" or whatever.

Completely unrelated - I loved gaming as a kid an in my early 20s (James Bond on N64, COD on PC). But I haven’t payed much in over a decade. God. GoldenEyewas such a great game. I'm sure I played a bunch of games on N64, but that's the only one I can actually remember, and always remember fondly.

To be fair, you have been provoking him a lot. He crossed a line there but so did you by calling him a nutjob in the first place I think that was their point. Provoking so they get get a response they could run off to other subs to call this one a "hate sub". I seriously doubt they was arguing in good faith.

Probably wasting your time. Person you're replying to has openly said elsewhere they're only in this sub to troll/instigate. They're not debating in good faith.

I'm not sure if this is what the person you asked was referring to, but is all I can think of. https://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/national/queensland/who-owns-the-embryo-when-you-die-or-divorce-20160602-gp9shc.html The courts aren't technically ordering the physical action of sex, but one could be on the hook for child support on kid(s) they didn't consent to having at the time of impregnation.

Most male spaces, just like most female spaces, are benign. /r/malefashionadvice and /r/soccer aren't the ones shooting up Walmarts. And I can assure you it's not hard to find examples of female spaces being as toxic as /r/braincels - hell, check /r/TumblrInAction They just hand wave it all away as "fringe examples" or "fakes". It's typical in-group bias on display. At best.

People only like the stats they can use to twist to say they're right. Dollars to donuts that the person you replied to holds a different view on the famous "despite being 13%" meme/stat. Depending on what stat is invoked it can be definitely claimed it ain't "white boys that be wildin".

No, see. We live in a time that if a woman doesn't want to have a baby she has to either sterilize herself (as the one poster is advocating for men) or abstain. She doesn't have access to all kinds of birth control. Doesn't have access to abortions. Isn't able to just legally abandon it at fire stations, or able to put it up for adoption. Oh... wait. Men's options if don't want kids? Don't have sex. Yeah. I can totally see why the one poster is losing their shit and advocating forced sterilizati…

Right?! Most places that offer that kind of return come with a good sized risk of loss. If someone is generating a prove. 10% a year for decades I'd bet serious $ there's some shenanigans going on. That's the kinds thing Madoff was promising folk. Exception for some business owners. I can see someone potentially averaging that if good/luck. But generating that off of investments solely? Well said. Partner and I had 3 kids that showed up quicker than we'd like. Led to her having 3 C-sections in 3 years. First we was lax on BC. Second used BC religiously and some condoms. Third used condoms and BC everytime. I did get a chuckle out of "well clearly he tampered with the condoms!" comments. Could be bad batch, wasn't stored right on truck/store etc. But know first-hand they break. That's what happened with our third. We also heard some stories around then of some bad BC that came f…

I'll try and see if I can find it again. Was a week or two back here on Reddit. In case someone else remembers the thread here's additional details. They had 5 or 6 kids if I remember. The pregnancies was hard on her and for some reason condoms didn't work on last one. Best was that tubal was out because the in network hospital was "religious" and wouldn't do it on those grounds, but would do a vasectomy. Some folk asked her what religious hospital is only against female birth control, or why sh…

Reminds me of a post I seen a bit back. Woman didn't want more kids. Didn't want tubal ligation and wanted him to get a vasectomy. His unease with the situation was deemed as him "not respecting her body autonomy" by the commenters. So, for the record, a husband not wanting to do to their body what the wife wanted done was the husband not respecting the wife's body autonomy. I was done with Reddit for that day after reading that lol.

"This wasn’t a debt incurred by lavish spending. Your wife was getting an education. The good news: You are tackling this issue together, without regret or blame. The best, though I already suspected, was where he brought up the mother brags about stealing. The kid is literally behaving as she's seen is okay. Of course the kid smirks at his attempts to correct her behavior. I was happy to see, at least at time of archive, the top response was saying he wasn't an asshole and to call cops next time. Spot on. While I definitely understand the desire to torture someone who deserves it, it reminds me of a quote about war. Oh, I definitely agree. I just like to pitch that out whenever that punching up line is used. That even if one agreed with their premise that it's "justifiable" hate I've never heard how the hate just goes away. Only conclusion I could come to was generating/exploiting/etc hate is the goal. As you pointed out the folk engaging in such behavior will never see themselves as "up" no matter the evidence. I forget where the quote comes from, and I'm sure I'll butcher it, bit goes something like this.…

"That's a false equivalency! They're punching up, not down shitlord!" Lost in that "defense" is what happens when they are the ones "up". Does all the hate and rage they've been feeding suddenly go away once "equality" is achieved? That issue never seems addressed by em.

My favorite is the "well, he should've picked a better partner!" replies whenever the topic is brought up. "That's what you get with a golddigger!" Setting aside that they usually hide that fact from potential mates, the line of defense works no where else. And yet the replies are highly upvoted. When someone asked if that'd apply to folk who marry abusers they was ignored and just downvoted. The bias is, well, I was going to say unbelievable but sadly I've come to expect it. Edit. Lol wow. If I remember correctly they specifically sought out that shop knowing their religious beliefs. When the bakers acted according to those beliefs they sued. Funny enough there's been stories of folk doing the same thing to Muslim bakery/etc too. For some reason it wasn't treated the same. Was dismissed as "they was looking for trouble and specifically chose them due to their beliefs." The irony was lost on em apparently.

Jesus. Really loved the "sure, she disrespected the reproductive choices of her husband. Someone she swore to likely not do such a thing, but that doesn't mean she'd do it to a client." part. I have the strong feeling that if a woman came into her clinic as a "client" and described a similar scenario the ex would be livid. But, seeing as it was a man/her husband, it's okay. No. This person absolutely should not be trusted at a reproductive choice org. Unless it's anti-male. Then I suppose the ex…

I liked the cunt who tried to blame him for her cheating. "You're laughing at someone making fun of your gf? No wonder she cheated." She's in a poly relationship and posts to trollXchromosome. And of course she'd not tolerate that for a second coming from man. "WHAT?! He cheated because you said kill all men? Well, that's make fragility for you." Best is her using the fact other over 30 cunts agree with her that means she's right that he's being "immature" and should accept her cucking him.

I'd have to do more googling to find out as I don't know offhand. I do know it's been decided by highest court here and I've not heard of them reversing it. I do agree with you that they should have that duty/obligation. And it's been long enough that if someone challenged it it may get heard by them again. Unfortunately it'd be a costly uphill battle, which likely explains why it hasn't been yet.

Thanks for bringing up that story. Far too often when a woman issues death threats it's dismissed as "just venting, punching up, etc" when they're threats that can be acted on as evidenced in that story. Wish I'd have saved the link. About a few months back in a photography sub was a thread on that issue. Was a photographer joking about how some of their models insisted a 50mm made them look fat. You'd think haha! Think she was going for a twofer. If he responded favorably she got the lay she wanted. If he didn't she could turn it into some outrage post for Twitter or such. Right? Loved the part where she admits being average but "is only attracted to handsome guys" and laughs about the average guys she rejected. Then, when rejected herself, has the gall to ask why men care so much about looks. Maybe he "is only attracted to hot women." He "gets all kinds of proposals from average girls but turns them all down 😂😂😂".
