Geesh man that is horrible and your mom wants to divorce you're dad after that fatal diagnosis...? I get it I had a similar experience where everything went bad at the same time, I'll edit and write about it.

Has it always been separate accounts since you married? Sounds to me like I said might consider a D attorney. Good news is that she makes so much it's unlikely you'll have alimony and maybe can fight to get her to pay support.

Considered marriage counseling? Though with all these issues I'd look into a consultation with a divorce attorney. Do you both handle finances separate? And bills?

I learned that most men on here makes some serious cash compared to me and women fuck guys over hard in divorce reading here. Even with 50/50 custody and some even post paying child support with her making more!! Crazy! I definitely see why marrying is just a benefit for women, men have an uphill battle. I wish I never gotten married..

I need some details, why are you paying her 700 when she makes 40k more and 50/50 custody?? Something not right you sure you don't want to get a new attorney to revisit that?

I feel you, I always assume either way she's talking shit behind your back to her girlfriends and they are joining in about how much of a piece of shit you are.

Usually these IVF clinics require the signature of both parents before the transfer, since you had to donate sperm under the IVF cycle as a married couple (not sperm donor) I assume you had sign a lot of paperwork regarding the retrieval of embryos and blood testing. I recommend asking the clinic specifically if she has to get your consent and writing to the doctor in charge of treating the infertility that you do not consent to a transfer and you would like to destroy the embryo. Also tell your…

I would treat this as a betrayal and disrespectful, she acts like you were abusive and she is running away. Don't sound like she should be taken back for this, but the decision is up to you. It's possible she's cheating and decided she wants to start her life with another person.

Damn OP that all happened to you? I play games also I noticed on your profile I can always talk if you need to. Your ex sounds like trash, I feel bad for the new guy. I felt the same way as you, always felt like I wasn't enough no matter what I did.

Exactly, that wife that you thought loved you so much will do everything including false DV claims to F you over.

No you didn't, but you can't change the past only the future. Go ahead and apply for separation and get the divorce, don't leave your home since you have a kid and be prepared for your loving wife to be your enemy.

Child support isn't income for her to live off, quit that second job and fight like hell to get sole custody. At least majority custody, she’ll try to leave with your son otherwise you will spend years as the "video chat" dad.

I get the feeling she's keeping her options open. You need to be ready to move on also, don't let her dangle you like a puppet and play both sides...it's either she wants to reconcile or divorce and that's it. Personally, after sleeping with the friend and the wife I'd be done considering the relationship was going downhill. But, hopefully you put that coke down that shit will ruin your life and your family, especially if you had kids.

Now that you realized what the issue is AND are willing to do something about it you are now in the process of recovering and building a better you. Think of this way, from your experiences you'll be a better version of you for your future spouse and daughter.

Thanks! I figured the attorney was wrong, she spent more time blaming me for staying then anything then said I need to leave to start the separation for 1 year. I don't want give the stbxw an advantage and just move out, I need to find an attorney that actually knows the MD law and what legal separation actually means. Waste of $$ for consultation

Not exactly, for many women they do enter early menopause and more fertility issues...but for those that don't they get pregnant up to 45 or way less common later.
