Most likely wasn't playing "computer games". She said dicking around on the computer. More likely learning programming or something, since he works in an IT firm now.

A lot of times, rejections are not about you... Maybe she's just a shitty person. Maybe she's on her period and feeling cranky. Maybe she doesn't like you at all. But in the end, in whatever way she chooses to express her disinterest... It doesn't matter. At some point, you'd even begin to find humour in certain rejections. Because on the same night that some girl harshly rejects you - as if you stink - another even more beautiful girl opens up to you like a fragrant flower to the rays of the su…

Had a similar experience years ago. I had just read about LMR and how to handle it. In bed with girl, trying to escalate. Girl says she's leaving, I said "ok"...without breaking a beat. Got up, slipped into my birks to see her off. Was still making conversations as if nothing happened. She got to the door, did a 180, and went right back to the bed... Was a massive epiphany for me. I got to the bed, tapped her on the head and called her "coconut head". There was no further resistance.

I love women! It's NEVER EVER their fault. They are always at the effect.

A.Ugly girl cockblocks because no one pays her attention. B.Hot girl feels sympathy for ugly friend and placates her. So what stopped the "hotter" girl from cockblocking him earlier, after she was ignored. Secondly, You could argue that her vanity had been engaged, from being ignored, but what stopped her from feeling sympathetic towards her friend and not abandoning her at the venue.

Tell them you're an ass model (for a gay porn mag). People generally know to drop it when you don't tell 'em.

Chris Rock too. He says men try to make sense, while women aim for distance (duration) and irritation.

My opinion is that people overthink these things. This is not physics that you have to compute some shit. If you go to the gym and apply enough resistance to your muscles, they will grow. If you run, you will lose weight. Simple.

The process or becoming good with women is not 'learning' but an 'unlearning'. An unlearning of all the bullshit beliefs and behaviours you now have. Deep down in your core as a man, you know what to do, you know what to say, you know how to get the girls...

In the end, Louis's silence kept those around him terrified and under his thumb. It was one of the foundations of his power. As Saint-Simon wrote, "No one knew as well as he how to sell his words, his smile, even his glances. Everything in him was valuable because he created differences, and his majesty was enhanced by the sparseness of his words." ------ The 48 Laws of Power (On Louis XIV)

Short of having him bundled into the back of a van, am not sure there's much you could do. Maybe you're not his type. Move on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
