| 1 | Too afraid to do anything. Can confirm (kinda) I did BJJ for 7 years, it improves your discipline, patience, and somewhat your confidence. After awhile you get lean and you feel a lot more confident in your physical abilities. It’s a self esteem boost but it’s not an overnight process not to mention I still have shitty social skills and anxiety. | 3 | How to read body language?Yeah one thing I’ve noticed is that through observing my own thoughts unless someone displays some obvious signs of a certain emotion I’m not paying attention to the body language at all. | 1 | Why you are not attractive, and how to be it.Haha my friend contrary to your belief it is very hard to gain weight as a skinny person. I shovel ungodly amounts of food into my face in proportion to my body and I weigh nothing. I’m 15M and I weigh a whopping 105 pounds. Talked to a doctor. All that got me was a bunch of blood tests and they still have no idea. | /r/seduction | 21/05/21 04:40 PM |
