Look up the statistics. Most (over 90%) want out. It's not like the 20 yr old onlyfans models doing it from the comfort of their own homes. Most are traumatized.

I actually heard in class that attachment theory does not replicate well in adults. Could try getting you some sources.

Exactly. Compliment other men. Oh, what's that? You want hot women to compliment you? Not 150 kilogram homeless men?

I think you need to talk to more women. Female friends. I used to think I "wasn't like the other girls" (not saying you are, it's just two problems that might have the same solution) until I got a lot of girl friends and realized they are intelligent, kind, wonderful people. You'll start to humanize yourself.

When there were demonstrations in my country for feminism, there were girls topless in the streets with things written on their chests. Maybe 90% of the comment sections on the articles covering it were men, delighted, saying things like "if this is feminism we need more of it". If men are happy you're doing this, you need to rethink it. You can't be what they want but internally think it's subversive- you're literally what they want. No other movement for rights demands this. There is no anti c…

"Our desire for similarity goes beyond attitudes and beliefs and extends to abilities as well. For example, we may admire extraordinary skill in quarterbacks or saxophone players, but when it comes to friends and lovers, extraordinary people can threaten our self esteem and make us feel a bit nervous about our own competence. This seems to be especially true when the extraordinary person is a woman and the nervous person is a man." -from my Psychology textbook. They cite Ratliff& Oishi (2013) in…

I think I'm going to hyphenate and he is going to hyphenate too. It's either that or I keep mine. My entire life people have mispronounced it. I didn't spend all my life correcting people for it to not be part of my name when I hopefully get a PhD.

And most people will defend them. So much for "consent can be withdrawn any time". I remember there was a thread from a woman who used to do anal with her ex and her husband pressured her into it. All the comments told her it wasn't fair she only did it with her ex. In her update, she described how she let her husband do it and after she took a long shower and cried, then he broke up with her.

I love how she used her beauty to get what she wanted but they didn't sexualize her in the film. Usually movies like that involve the actress stripping or getting naked, but watching Promising Young Woman you as the viewer don't lust for her even when she's dressed as a "sexy nurse". It was really refreshing in libfem world that encourages being exactly what men want while pretending to be all about feminism, a path that won't lead any of us to liberation. The writing was very good and despite t…

Exactly. Much like shaving your armpits and legs that was created by razor companies. In your photo albums you see your grandma in the sixties sporting hair in her armpits at the beach. I watched a video where a bunch of women and a man were anonymously on a zoom call typing and the group had to vote and eliminate in every round the person who they think was actually the man. They got him in the end because the entire conversation was about using products and he didn't know some makeup and skinc…

I agree. I never criticize individuals for performing femininity because I wear makeup myself and recognize that when you grow up in a society that enforces these beauty ideals on you it's hard to not want to look pretty. But makeup is definitely not feminist and to claim otherwise is bullshit ("choice feminism"). To stand in front of a mirror and correct the flaws in your face every day can't be good for your self esteem. To cover your face with foundation can't be good for your skin.

Also if stealthing wasn't a thing and rape wasn't a risk. If pressuring you to do sexual acts wasn't a thing.

"He has sexual desires that need to be met" I hate this so much lol. I like various kinds of men aesthetically. That doesn't mean I NEED to cheat when I'm in a relationship with one. Why some people think men automatically do require this because they're men is beyond me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/12/20 11:43 PM

Oh definitely not. But that's the stereotype isn't it? A glad, always ready to serve, never angry or sad wife who is submissive.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/11/20 06:34 PM

Oh yeah. I listen to a podcast about relationships and a guy said he felt cheated because he doesn't get to live the lifestyle his father lived (coming home to a happy wife who made a meal and wants sex, his words). Instead he comes home and his working wife hands him the baby. Someone get out the violins. How tragic. Ugh.

But do you really think I as a woman am welcome in redpill spaces? Men have a history of feeling entitled to women's spaces. I have no sympathy for you feeling excluded from feminist spaces.

Yeah didn't he also call her a slut or something after they broke up and never apologized? I remember being younger and watching it and it really bothered me. Like how did they just move past that. Sure she said you don't get to judge me for how I choose to mend what you broke or whatever but... freaking apologize for calling her a slut. You have the gall to do that when you were cheating on your wife.

I don't understand why you posted this here. Do you want us to validate you? To tell you the sexist stuff you wrote is not as bad as what they believe? That women want a lazy life devoid of responsibilities? Is that why women have fought to work and enlist in the army? For the "privilege" of dying in war? The "privilege" of spending your life under capitalism and then coming home to more responsibilities? That's the issue with MGTOW people like you. You never seem to go your own way. You just lo…

I agree that we need more affirmations when it comes to men. Men seem to be insecure about their size and performance, and feel like they are expected to last a long time. I also think we need more body positivity when it comes to men since I rarely see plus size men being appreciated, or short men. I feel like this should come from a positive male movement (that doesn't focus on hating women's sexuality like the ones we have currently) since the only people I've seen talking about this were fem…

"Pretty generalizing" oh, and saying women are all at fault for not communicating in bed isn't? Listen, there's a reason lesbian couples don't have an orgasm gap. It's because the vagina isn't some mysterious device that no one knows how to handle.

If a guy does this to you, tell him you don't believe in Plan B and you're going to keep the baby. Or that you have an STD. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. How stupid can you be for five minutes of fun?

Yeah, there's this common cognitive dissonance. My dad is anti feminist and claims women have nothing to complain about, but then warns me about going out late or taking the bus in an area where sexual harrassment is common. I just don't get it.

Learned this the hard way. My ex had a thing for a girl who rejected him. He broke up with me when he thought he had a chance with her again (he didn't). It broke my self esteem, he would detail all his encounters with her to me.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Open manosphere subreddits dedicated to discussing why women DARE to not sleep with me and then shame women who do have sex. It's like that guy who sent a DM to a girl cussing her out for selling nudes and when she asked if he wanted one he suddenly got excited. Being a woman fucking sucks and I'd gladly give away "all my dating options" if I could live in peace and not be sexualized.

You're on a good path asking questions. The biggest tool you have in order to realize how harmful and inaccurate TRP is is to talk to actual women and be around them. Feel free to PM me questions if you have any as I am a woman myself. TRP is sexist nonsense and it's easy to spiral into a chauvinistic ideology if you feel rejected.

Everyone would be up in arms if people said "women are trash"?? Excuse me?? I hear "women belong in the kitchen/streets" jokes DAILY. Men love to talk about their mental health and while I agree we should make it more acceptable for them to talk about their emotions, most of the time they have nothing to back up their claims. They love to talk about men's suicide statistics when in reality men and women attempt suicide at the same rate. They love to talk about men being expected to be stoic but …

She literally said she turned to it "in desperation". How does anyone think sex work is empowering when women do it while having no choice.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/07/20 07:07 PM

People like this ARE a rarity. 99% of sex workers want out of the industry and that is an actual statistic. To say that sex work is good because a woman in her 20's who does camming from the comfort of her own apartment thinks it's "empowering" is wrong.

I don't know. I'm wary of "it's natural! It's the way of life" type of arguments because I don't think we are confined to the ways of nature and it's often used to tear women down, like "women are naturally weaker, it's the natural order so you can't join combat military. Women are naturally more emotional so you can't be politicians."

Yeah. I had no pain losing my virginity because my fiance and I took several weeks of trying, until my body was okay with it. If it hurt- we stopped. Period. I'm extremely glad I knew enough about sex at the time to know I'm not just supposed to lie there and suffer. Fuck that shit.
