3	Woman claims Steve Wynn raped her and she had his child 40 years after the fact. Somehow this is news worthy even tho it was almost 50 years ago and she never filed a police report. Hmmm Whether or not he can be convicted of a potential charge doesn’t make or break a news story. If it is a false allegation, and he can easily disprove it, then that helps his reputation and opens up an opportunity to press charges for slander (depending on where he lives). 1	If BELIEVE THE VICTIM has no place in courts, then it has no place in society at all. We need to scrutinise the accuser before we can believe the victim. I agree. Testimonies on the reputation of the accused or the accuser should be taken with a grain of salt. They really don’t show whether a crime was committed, only if people think that a crime was committed based on their perception of those involved.
