9	What are, in your opinion, the most important advices to get closer with/seduce shy girls? You have to first convey your interest in her, which starts with eye contact. Giving her occasional glances while smirking will get her to be interested in you. Then it's just about approaching. I say just be direct about it and don't be afraid to show her you're interested. 7	Approaching in College Anxiety comes from a lack of comfort. Maybe you feel anxious about rejection, uncertainty or doing something you're not used to. To deal with approach anxiety you have to first be comfortable with yourself. Believe in what you say and do and let the words come out naturally.
