Women : repeatedly yell, jump and wave agressively at the bouncers People : Bouncer : pushes the woman back as she literally leaps at him People : :O Eeeeey!!!!! Maybe it's the fallacy of thinking that because he's the father, somehow, he still has responsibility for the baby. In reality he should not and it's as unfair as picking some random man walking in the streets and claim that he has to pay for child support (with the bad addition that in reality in this case they link him out of being victim of rape). Clown world even more when you compare this to the whole "my body my choice" abortion/murder bullshit.

In the survival-ish French tv show Koh-Lanta that's about sports competition, they give lighter weights to females when the participants have to carry weights with them "to make it fair". Yet in the final challenge, all participants have to stand still on poles stuck in the seashore with very tiny, female-sized tiles on them, and the last one to fall in the water wins. They never go "well let's give bigger tiles for males to make it fair".

Hundreds of people discussing stuff normally and some random "mod" guy comes and "no i no like that" and deletes the thread, preventing those people from further discussing together and having the discussion being visible at all.

Let's hope she at least gets financial compensation for him leaving her on her own while he's resting at the hospital. /s

I meant to ask about what if the person that's being accused of shoplifting uses force to leave the store (whether they are blocked or threatened).

Perhaps it's not obvious enough for you to understand that discussions may happen to take tangents in the forms of, for example, side remarks.

Poor things paid six figures plus healthcare benefits to play soccer from time to time and then retire at around 30.

You didn't refute anything. You missed the point and simply seem unable to understand things properly. His acquaintances and family are victims of her. She sent them unsolicited pictures as some sort of retribution for something they weren't even involved in.

Indeed you are completely missing the point and are apparently unable to understand the situation properly, stay stupid and ignorant then.

The term "harassing" might be off depending of how you see it, but you just consider not only her reaction/action fine (they are not), but that the people she sent the pictures to basically are not people and that it's fine if they receive such pictures because the guy sent them to her in the first place. It's completely stupid and missing the point. If it's wrong for him to send unsollicited pictures to her, it's also wrong for her to send unsollicited pictures to them. That they are acquaintan…

That's logically flawed like a lot of other posts in this thread only focusing on attacking the guy.

Well technically you could be an idiot while thinking logically (as in, with valid logic), since, at least to me, not thinking logically is being stupid and being an idiot is synonymous with being ignorant, thus you could be thinking logically and be ignorant. But you are right here.

So he can continue harassing people with unsolicited pictures of his genitals? And you don't find it an issue that SHE harasses people with said pictures ? It's wrong regardless of who those pictures are from/of.

That money should be provided by the one who comitted the crime that generated them, not by the victim. A victim of rape shouldn't be held accountable for the financial and caretaking support of a children that resulted of said rape.

Everyone is all talking about progress out of complete bullshit and yet a woman can simply rape someone or write the name of anyone on a piece of paper at her own discretion and get free salary from them.

The child is entitled to support from both biological parents. I wouldn't agree that a victim of rape should be held accountable for a resulting child, especially a man since they can't even abort as it's the woman who is carrying the fetus and, correct me if I'm wrong, laws don't allow abortions on the sole decision of the father. It's not the child's fault that he/she is the result of a rape. Indeed it's the rapist's fault. The best way to give support to the child is to give the money to the …

I didn't think much about this. But I could see a judge giving custody of the child to the victim maybe if the rapist mother has a lifestyle that's too endangering for the child, and if the father has a good lifestyle, and usually not for the sole fact that she is a criminal nor from considering the father's standpoint for itself if at all.

So victims are imposed not only being raped and having unwanted children, but also to pay their abuser for years. What does Kansas law says about victims and their families who are unable to pay child support ? Would they go to jail on top of this ? Edit : can't the father deny the child ?

So, by law, any woman can freely rape anyone to get free child support from their victims, which are forced to pay ?

False accusers should face double the time of the falsely accused AT LEAST. Ideally, but as some people already pointed, less false accusers would admit to have lied if they actually faced "fair" consequences. It's easier for them to admit it if they can basically still get away with it.

Which means that as, and probably because she is (which would fit with the theme of this subreddit), a woman she gets a slap on the wrist and a low fine over time that she probably won't even have to pay anyway.

But women work so hard, especially in gaming, which is already very hard itself. It's just fair that sitting in front of a webcam for one or two hours nets them the equivalent of around 150 hours worth of salary in an actual other job. /s

I didn't read it but if she tried to get away with, say, $1mil, while it should have initially have been split in two so $500K each, then she tried to steal $500K from her then husband, and therefore would have to repay at least what she tried to steal, which is $500K, or half of it, making up just her part of the winning, thus making up the $1mil back all for the husband.
