I still think that this analogy doesn't work, because you expected it to be expensive, but you had a certain number of expensive, while this situation, going into this we have no idea how different our outlook is from the real, so we have no way to judge.

I think you are looking at it wrong. The way I see it, we already knew some of what was going on, but just not how to implement it. This subreddit is dedicated to implementation of these ideas. Also, I really don't think any of these revelations are so profound as to elicit such an extreme negative response. We all came here on purpose as well, we were seeking the "truth" as opposed to having it suddenly shown to us out of the blue with no preparation.

I would just like to say, as a new subscriber to seddit, this is a great post. I used to think that game was a lie and had to be phony, and the word "seduction" had a very negative connotation in my mind. This subreddit has changed all of that for me, and I really can't wait to try and implement some of the stuff that I have learned already.
