3	The average child attends a school where most Teachers are Women and most Janitors are Men. https://www.edsurge.com/news/2018-04-05-the-data-tells-all-teacher-salaries-have-been-declining-for-years I wonder if that has to do with the declining pay for teachers over the last couple decades… Maybe men are going to more lucrative occupations? Edit: Women are also more capable when it comes to raising children, which is evolutionary, not societal. I like the argument around teachers-as-role-models, but it’s 110% up to men to do this. Nobody is holding you back from becoming a teacher and a role model? Maybe women are more cut out for teaching/enjoy it more on average than men? Believe it or not, men and women have psychological differences that played out on a societal scale, cause discrepancies all over.
