| 3 | Defamed on "Are We Dating the Same Guy" Group - Need helpIt may sound extreme, but contact the police. I'm in a few of these groups and have seen a few posts/comments where a woman says she was contacted by the police, and in one case actually arrested, for something she put on FB about an ex. Anything put online that is offensive or causes distress may be a criminal offence under the malicious communications act / harassment etc. UK isn't like the US with free speech. | /r/MensRights | 02/03/24 12:35 AM |
