Not a single time. If there's an identifiable woman in a game, I would say 75% chance she's harassed. Probably about 45% chance she'll be harassed in a sexual way, 45% trashing her simply for being a "girl gamer", and maybe 10% could be "harmless fun" with the right people and circumstances.
