Girls simply get unlimited attention and validation (at least most of them) I think a lot of the trans movement is caused unwittingly by this sentiment

I'm tall but my hairline is receding and I don't have any friends that are girls, so I know pretty well how hard the current dating landscape is. I could only imagine how much worse it is for someone who isn't tall. I try to call out this trashy behavior when I see it. They're all about body positivity, but only when it comes to their obesity.
Every time I made my intentions clear with a girl (who wasn’t far below me on the social ladder) she completely lost interest. Girls don’t like when you’re upfront about liking them and wanting something long-term, unless you’re far above them on the social ladder.
