I have but it’s not just that, the pride parades and drag and acting feminine all the other stuff you point out i’ve seen all of it irl but by that same token i’ve seen plenty of gay men that you would never guess were gay unless they told you but those that do play into the stereotype do make things more difficult for the ones who dress and act normal

At the same time you have the whole gay community playing into the stereotype and perpetuating it which i’m sure doesn’t help

Well continue to not do anything toward her and just report it if you don’t feel comfortable doing that then I would at least line another job up before quitting

Alright well two things first off it seems that she likes you and wants to take things further than being just coworkers altho her methods of conveying that to you are very inappropriate and should be addressed especially if they are making you uncomfortable which they seem to be doing so bring it to your HR department and see what happens

I will say this I am 23yrs old and I didn’t go to college partly cause the money and partly cause of the same concerns as you. My advice to you would be to voice your concerns with your parents and also ask yourself if college is truly what you want to do cause there are plenty of alternative routes to a good career and a good life besides traditional college

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
