1	Girl who is super shy, incredibly quiet and socially anxious. What can I do to ease things for her? Start with casual talk, then ask to study together to get things started? You could also just ask her out but that is a high risk high reward option as you don't know how she'll react. I used to be very shy and when my first bf asked me out I was so excited i just said yes.
