Right first off, TLDR. Literally the longest post I've ever seen and if you want people to read it, you'll get less responses. Second, get a fucking therapist or something. It's pretty clear your problem is not just with girls at all. Maybe try fixing the fact that you hate yourself before jumping to how to talk to girls as if that's more important.

If you mean in general, then yeah I think looks can hinder in dating sometimes. In your case, I think you'll be fine. You're on the pretty side and there's no clear thing wrong with your appearance. Hope this helped.

Depends on the bar. My bar opens at around 3 and closes at about 12. I work weekdays and weekends depending on how busy it is so it's possible. It all depends on your specific contract.

Well I got my job fairly easily. Some bars have a high turnover of staff due to pretty much everyone only working there for the money. The best you could do is go to a few and give them your info and with their high turnover of staff, see if you get a response in some weeks. That is of course, if none of them have any open spaces already. If you want to work in a fancier bar with cocktails on the menu they might want to know you understand drinks a bit. If you think being a bartender will help you pick up girls you are quite incorrect. Your boss will want you to be professional and that means you can't really flirt for extended periods or anything. I'm a bartender and it only helps with light jokes during purchases.

In my own situation I got so sick of second chances but I always gave her more. Maybe one more is okay. But I think you should clearly communicate that you're not up for horsing around. You genuinely like her and don't want to play cat and mouse. Unless you do? Just make sure you clearly communicate what you want before you give up and see if she's willing to make changes for that to happen.

If she is really nothing more than your friend with benefits surely it doesn't matter if she chases you? That kind of relationship is so casual that to even have to "end it" so officially is unnecessary. I would say just be more chilled out with it.
