I do see the difference, how about these; taking someones hat and throwing it away, walking off with someone's cell phone and calling it a prank, or eating / destroying someone else's food on their plates. People commit petty larceny all the time and lie about it. 1	Police Bodycam of viral Wildwood beach arrest. Girl was drunk and belligerrent and shoved cop. Pass denied! I believe at that particular beach, even unopened alcohol is a violation. I've read in a number of articles about the situation that indicate its a "dry" beach.
