It was easy as I showed them pictures that showed I went through the material. Basically nothing changed after applying their advice, and I think the results were a bit worse: I was getting around 10 to 15 likes per day (around 4 to 5 matches per day) before getting their course, and the number went down a bit (not much of course, around a couple less likes).
