"Tall enough" means your height isn't a negative, it's in the neutral zone. "Tall" is when it becomes a feature that improves your attraction. Being "tall enough" for most women doesn't always translate to average height. It's usually a little bit above. For American men it would be roughly 5'10" - 6' So men who are tall enough do not have to think about height just like men without the face of a male model shouldn't worry about their face as long as it's attractive

Funny is not an attribute to create attraction most of the time, but to cement an attachment to somebody. If you're already attracted to them their humor from there can make you obsessed with them. But no women is suddenly going to be wet with a guy just because he made a few good jokes

They need to make their romantic interest known quickly so they don’t end up wasting their time. This is is the issue with the vast majority of men online bitching about women. If she doesn't know you are interested very quickly after you meet it's already over. Can't believe dudes out here actually trying to be friends and discuss English literature for a while as a strategy to get in her pants. Just ask her out goddamn

Friendly reminder that 95% of people who use terms like "western civilization", "the west", "fall of the west" and other similar cliches haven't read a single book in the last decade, let alone one concerning history, philosophy, and culture.

shitty person who revels in his shittyness, This is what turned me off from the red pill when I was a frustrated teen. Couldn't get over the "amoral" aspect of it they preached, "enjoy the decline" or whatever. I was an awkward nerd but I wasn't a shithead, I was raised in a household where I was taught to respect others and myself. Just needed to get in my head that being attracted to and showing interest in women wasn't disrespecting them. Once I got over this I see the zealot red pill types a…

Pretty much. Have nothing against the hyper masculine red pill type gurus talking about self improvement and all that but this dude is genuinely an imbecile in all matters. Like an overgrown 14 year old idiot with a Lamborghini poster over his bed. There are so many male role models men from single mother households can look up to but it somehow falls on this guy lmfao. Even a historical warlord like napoleon or genghis khan would be better because at least then learning about them won't diminis…

I was perceived as a player when I was still a virgin. It's just a combination of decent looks + charisma. If you have this women assume you'll take advantage of the benefits like most men would

This sub has a weird understanding of the average body count for women, or they are unconsciously focusing on a small subsection of women who make their presence known. I have ran into multiple virgins between the ages of 18-26 just from generally being attracted to more introverted girls not into the night life. Besides that, pretty much every other girl was obviously not very experienced with me having to teach them how to have better sex. But when I hook up with the loud girl at the bar or th…

This is a terrible conception of history. Besides the fact that you're speaking about a portion of humanity that doesn't even make up the majority in history (India? East and South East Asia? The Americas?) the idea that pre Abrahamic religions weren't misogynistic and patriarchal is hilarious. You know in Ancient Rome the man of the house literally OWNED the women and children of his family right? He had the right to even sell them into slavery. Christianity and Islam introduced the idea of wom…

I always thought this was obvious. Are there men out there who think players are straight up with the women they are playing? I have gotten the accusation of being a player by women many times, and always it was because I was skirting around commitment while acting like a boyfriend in the one or two days a week they can see me. Basically be an unofficial boyfriend that isn't always available. In a woman's mind they think you're not committing or seeing them often because there are other unknown …

What is this grade school Ievel semantic game? No, I'm speaking about people over 40 who never had children, most of which did so voluntarily. Not one of them is happy. The men are usually deadbeat type personalities(no matter the income level) who become increasingly more pathetic and lonely as the years go by while the women are internally broken with socially acceptable substance abuse problems, usually alcohol. Nothing more miserable than "childfree" career women over the age of 40. My step …

That physical presence you have among other people can be addictive. Autistic lanklet narcissism. Nobody cares unless you're 6'4"+ and even then the most anybody would think is "he's tall, ok" I have a friend who is 6'8" and the only "physical presence" he has among other men is looking like a palm tree

As far as I'm concerned, my partner can go first Every other guy is thinking the same, that's the point. All women and children first is the most equal dynamic because every man can have their wife or children live and their spot not taken by a man who already has their wife on the lifeboat

I got angry at the concept until I realized that in a disaster situation I would put my mother, wife, and children in front of me without question. So it's really just a larger social norm that represents what goes through the mind of most men. Making it a general rule makes the whole process easier instead of on an individual basis

A calm young woman will want a calm young man. A party animal young woman will want a party young animal man. Lol. The girls that became the most obsessed with me were calm and shy while I was the opposite. I was just able to be patient with them and they latched onto my lifestyle with all their strength after a while. Many of them straight up told me they felt like they were in those cliche romance novels with the same story arc. Quiet and calm girls end up with equivalent men because those are…

It's just an issue of semantics, not about actually being "stable" in the sense of having a future or current financial stability. When people talk about "stable" in this context what they really mean is "boring", because the reality is that most men who are truly stable at a young age or moving towards it have boring risk averse personalities. The truth of this sentiment is that women like exciting and interesting men. Whether or not they have a good career and home has nothing to do with that

The advice to not seem needy should be used once you already have her attracted to you, not as a way to build initial attraction. It's so the desire is maintained. Guys fuck up all the time because once a girl shows interest back they go crazy and become like desperate puppies needing to see and text her everyday. That's when she gets another boyfriend. The advice is to not "ignore" but to keep the same dynamic that got her attracted to you in the first place. Nobody wants a loser with no option…

Stupid analysis. Men don't pay because they are trying to make the girl feel like she "owes" them anything anymore than a man dressing nice on a date and holding good conversations is done so the girl "owes" them. It's just another piece to show you're an attractive person. Oh yeah, the girl is putting on makeup so the guy "owes" them a chance or sex. Such a dumb mindset. Being a dominate provider is a fundamental aspect of masculinity that women are drawn to, paying for dinner is just a modern …

I figured this out from an early age, but mostly about behavior. My brother looked almost exactly like me but we had two very different experiences with girls growing up. He had them obsessed with him wherever he went. I was known in school for being his brother because almost every girl had a crush on him. I got nothing and was generally ignored. He was very outgoing, charismatic, confident, cocky, fashionable, ect. Was an amazing dancer and would get into fights as well. Bad student but every …

You described 99% of discourse on any subject outside of discussions with other experts or practitioners. Just talk to the average person or read the average internet comment on something you know much about. But what makes subs like this so stupid is that the subject in question is something the vast majority of humans have direct experience in, yet they are as disconnected from the reality of it as a layman discussing electrical engineering because they use a computer or the urban development …

Loudmouths get away with it for a long time because most people are intelligent enough(or just rightly scared) to avoid street fights and confrontations with strangers. Eventually they do run into their worst mistake and either get exposed or get their ass kicked. Had a loudmouth "friend" who eventually picked a fight with a experienced judo fighter. Got thrown so hard we thought he was dead

The stigma isn't being a weirdo nowadays, the stigma is for being a boring person. And as somebody who is from the bay area, software engineers have this "vibe" of being outwardly quiet and meek but inwardly having many negative opinions of others and some uncalled for superiority complexes. Like the tyrant nerds in the classrooms. It also attracts the kind of guys who would have went into finance in the 80s. Law school is the biggest scam on the planet. *Law schools outside the top 40 is the biggest scam on the planet. If you went to a good Law school and can't get a good paying job the issue is with you, not law as an industry. The people attending shit schools skews statistics and stories. In fact, you can use statistics to prove this by taking a few seconds to look up average starting incomes from nearly every ranked Law school in the country. Yeah this career income really depends on the individual in question. If you're going to normal route and pursuing just a salaried 9-5 at a mid sized firm with no "ambitious" intentions the amount of schooling and work put in to get there isn't worth it money wise. The people shouting the loudest about how they hate the industry all over the internet 95% of the time come from this demographic. But if you're willing to take risks and are business savvy the industry has a lot of money moving aroun…

I would rather be celibate until death than to date an overweight woman. It's not a neutral reaction to them, or simply no attraction, it's full on disgust. It would be a net negative to my life, wouldn't even be able to touch them. Luckily based on the age, location, and demographics I'm exposed to in my life they aren't as common as you would think just going by a "American average". If I moved somewhere in the south and my age range jumped up I would autoreject a good 50% of single women Soun…

I'm an Arab. Won't comment on my looks, I wouldn't say I'm exceedingly handsome but I'm not ugly. Maybe a little above average. My experience seems to line up with most guys I talk to. Every guy I know who has a girlfriend met them in person and the ones who are rotating through girls are addicted to going out: parties, bars, clubs, ect. Like a part time job. I'm 24 and currently in university, and I have the complete opposite experience. I have no social media beyond a facebook I made 10 years ago and an Instagram with zero pictures I open once a year. I have a small social circle. I'm under 6'. I don't look like a "tik tok eboy", I'm bearded and hairy. I'm not in a frat and I'm not a D1 athlete. I went from turbo skeleton 125 lb at 5'11" to 175 lb after two years of weight lifting. When I was super skinny I still got girls, but it was always girls who knew me who I can interact with, them actually looking at my face and personality. Once I got bigger I had girls actively staring at me in public and approaching me. Bars and clubs became easy and online dating was like night and day with a couple pics of me at the beach. Most importantly, my confidence shot through the roof. I wasn't asha…
