That’s why you don’t ignore red flags. No way he couldn’t pick up beforehand she was fucking nuts.

“Bulldog mindset” makes dozens of videos about the same content, as all other “content creators” do. He is a raging egomaniac who hates anyone who challenges him and goes against the grain. His argument is basically “yeah it sucks, and yeah you’ll get destroyed in divorce/family court, but a real man TAKES IT on the chin.” Sure buddy, if you and whoever follows you want to put yourself through that, go for it. Some of us don’t play that game.

For a change. We both know you have been banned from many subs for plugging your social media. Great job with weight loss. But most transformations I see once. Yours I have seen 100 times.

She got 25%, which is modest compared to what you see in most high profile divorces. And she was there when he had nothing. She should not be lumped in with the ex wives of most pro athletes

No it’s a book about changing your mindset from being an employee and working for a paycheck vs being an investor and having your money work for you. Yes he lacks specifics, you’ll get that from other books, but that book has lit the fire under more people’s asses to get financially free than any other

Is that any worse than “spinning plates” your whole life while complaining there are no good low n-count women out there?

If you wanna be a professional bodybuilder, yes. In any other case, no, it’s not worth the damage.

This maybe a little bro science based, but I think bulking with IF will help ensure that the excess calories turn into muscle and not fat, which would help with a lean bulk. Those who say "all that matters is calories in vs calories out" ignore the hormonal aspects of eating all day vs fasting. Eating all day keeps insulin levels high making it more likely to turn to fat. With IF, insulin levels remain low so it should be more likely to turn into muscle. Like you I want to keep fat levels in che…

You can EASILY get enough calories in 8 hours. If you're bulking, don't worry about eating super clean. It's hard to get a caloric surplus off of lean meat and veggies, but if you throw in some higher calorie foods, it is very easy.

Gay men, as men, know how hard it is to have a good physique. They appreciate it more than a girl because she will have guys after her almost regardless of how she looks.

I come here a lot for general life advice. Most of what I read is solid, practical, and real world based. But you get the occasional one that treats TRP like a religion and like you said will crash. Like "never spend money on a woman" that can cost you. There's a difference between spending a little money to see if she's a quality girl (they DO exist) and splurging in order to impress her. You have to be reasonable and apply TRP principles accordingly.

This post is another example of taking TRP too literally. Way too bitter to see the world in a rational POV

Yeah, making a low wage with no benefits for a job that will leave you physically worn out doesn't seem worth it when you could make more money and live a better overall lifestyle with a desk job.

Down 20 pounds and abs are starting to show! I've noticed more attention as you have. It's very powerful and for anyone getting into it, it's almost like a law of attraction or something. By lifting and making progress, everything you described WILL happen!

Engineering (except environmental), tech (like computer science), or at worst accounting (NO other business major). Don't study a hard/pure science unless you want to get a PhD. And certainly avoid the dumb bullshit majors discussed in the main post. If you don't want to major in one of the fields I listed, or in other words you don't want to do math, then stay out of college. Learn a trade (nothing wrong with that and your work can't be outsourced). The debt isn't worth a useless degree or "the…

If you study computer engineering, you will wind up with the same jobs (being a programmer) that CompSci majors get. I really can't answer the rest. Look into it on YouTube. See what programmers, or even tech entrepreneurs, say about it.

Just sounds like a lack of confidence man. Lift weights, get a great physique, and be happy with yourself. It should be noted that a muscular guy will get more attention (in a good way) than a skinny tall guy. Honestly I feel like women have a lot of the same issues regarding insecurities. Just remember everyone is human and no one is perfect.
/r/seduction18/04/17 03:39 AM

Fit = physically attractive. Your confidence should increase as a result, which is the real root of success.

That gif is based off of CDC data (American) so you'd have to find the European counterpart. I'd have to imagine Europeans are slimmer than Americans though, so you may have had a point in your original post given your circumstances.
