When you are lifting weights, you will do repetitions of an exercise- so many reps are called a "set" and typically you will do several sets of an exercise, with a short break period in between. Working in means to use the equipment that you are currently on during your short break between sets.

Last year I bought my very first house, and it is mine alone. It was a foreclosure and needed a lot of work. I've never ever done that sort of thing, but I had some good friends (Men) who did and they helped me, taught me. Now I can do just about any basic home repair, and even some advanced things.
