Most men are super thirsty, if they get a whiff of opportunity they will fuck. Telling people to not fuck crazy isn't greatest advice, unless you have abundance mentality with women it won't work for vast majority men, and fact is most do not. But being aware of it should certainly help a little bit.

Look it may work on freakish occasion but you are just destroying your odds BUT you should never plan it, you'll be able to see how keen the girl is. After you approach you need to show the girl you're not a total creep and are genuine. This takes usually between half hour to an hour.

Take a friend with you. As Jeffy says, whenever no in set or whatever just play a game of 5: Talk with your friend about gibberish. It's actually gibberish make shit up on spit without thinking, this keeps you in state and you actually feel you have a real conversation.
