I was chatting with a gay friend of mine and I brought up concepts of alpha and beta, and he said, oh you know about alpha and beta?! Like he was surprised. This makes more sense now haha it must be a gay thing. Then he said I was definitely an alpha hah.

I just had a similar situation happen to me yesterday. Told my LTR im going on a week vacation with my guy friends. Flips her lid that i'm not planning a vacation and using my vacation time with her instead.

This is actually one of the most interesting and unique perspectives i've read on the topic in a while, and very helpful too. Thanks.

I think one thing here not being considered is men having varying levels of libido... one guy can probably fap everyday and be fine and another once a month..., I'm not sure what contributes to libido, maybe T levels?

So I guess is whats happening in the West saying that, although we were great for a while, we just don't have what it takes to last in the new world? Or are we just in the midst of a battle against marxism that we still can win?

This was nice to read. I just let go of my 1 year LTR and it sucks because it crushed her and there were a lot of great parts of it, but I had to do what was right for me.

Similar to what happened to you, this actually happened to me only one time and it was weird as fuck but kind of cool i guess. I was just chilling at a bar with some friends and these guys like were trying to get me to grind on one of their chicks... and I did for a bit but it was weird.. like why are they doing that?

Can anyone explain this ridiculous anxiety epidemic among women these days?
/r/TheRedPill22/09/17 09:56 PM

I agree. This sub really fails to address my biggest issue, the best way going about having children and raising them properly (Which I think includes needing a mother and father both present). It addresses how to make yourself a valuable man which gets you the attention of women, sure. But to what end? Lying on your death bed, "I fucked 1000 girls!!". Congrats, but there's nothing to show for it. The purpose of fucking is creating children in case people forgot.

Holy shit it is on point. Even then he knew the western "Lady" was unhappy due to her new status. It's almost the entire redpill on how and why women are eloquently stated. AWALT, its a fact of life gents.
/r/TheRedPill09/09/17 01:07 AM

Slut shaming is actually an important tactic to ensure there are more wife-able women.
/r/TheRedPill18/08/17 11:50 PM
3

Maybe a history buff here can correct me, but I think that in our more primitive times common mating practice was always older men with younger women, for almost the same reasons OP is talking about. Women are just needed for babies. They do this while they are very young. Young men are not that useful as they are not established an secure, they are focused on learning and becoming a man. Older men who are already established and can provide for the women and children, are the ones mating.

Well based on the responses to this comment, none of the American so-called red pillers here are dominant. Typical since this sub is now full of nerd rage betas.
/r/TheRedPill12/06/17 04:24 PM

Arguably not good for society as a whole.. one that will be preserved..., good for the individual sure.
/r/TheRedPill10/06/17 12:12 AM

Lots of dominant men in America... import us lol
/r/TheRedPill10/06/17 12:11 AM

I have a pistol too but its risky to even use it... you have a much better chance of not landing yourself in jail if you just go hand to hand. Firearms are a last resort or if the other person has one too, at least in my state.

Yup, Im not blaming instragram. They're just giving people what they want. We're a bunch of shitty people! But yea my instagram is full of car pics, gun pics, friends I like, and other shit I like. Some sloot pics get in there (a lot from gym pages and sorority girls I know) but yea I know exactly what OP is talking about. I like to use insta tho for things of my interest.

/r/TheRedPill14/04/17 04:39 PM

Anyone have any good advice or links to threads for guys who want children? I hate the idea of legally binding marriage, but I don't want to be a genetic dead end just because of that. Thanks.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/17 01:35 AM

I see, thats good. For me it was pretty simple, my brother just showed me this sub and I was instantly hooked. That and I wanted to up my game. I had read The Game and really enjoyed that book, so finding this was like a gold mine.
/r/TheRedPill04/04/17 10:00 PM

I think my point was that I don't think it was her shit that drove the guy to kill himself, he had other issues. But you could be right, she could have had something to do with it, idk. I'm still baffled by her behavior. But by no means do I think she is some nice little unicorn girl. I agree with segagaga.
/r/TheRedPill26/01/17 09:37 PM

Idk man, shes a really nice girl, pays for shit, worships the dick, submissive, I think he had his own issues, was on meds of some sort. I wasn't very close with him and I don't really ask.

Thoroughly enjoyed the further reading. Families must be strong again if we are to preserve our quality of life, at least here in the states. This is why, I hope at least, liberals will not win. Liberals are individualists, conservatives are family based. The individual is weak and cannot win against a strongly bound group.
/r/TheRedPill26/01/17 06:47 AM

Still not sure if I should feel bad but I'm fucking a girl whose boyfriend killed himself a couple of weeks before I started fucking her.

Id say it plays a part but is no way the biggest factor, a clean diet does toooons of things for people physically and thus mentally as well. I'm an American and after a little bit of travel and just trying different things, I think we have some of the worst quality food in the world.

Oh I see. Same response applies I guess, although I think its agreed here that a woman breadwinner and stay at home dad typically doesn't end up well. Anyone feel free to correct me.

Thanks for this. Ever since realizing all of that stuff I have become a huge supporter of firearms and the 2nd amendment. It truly is the backbone behind maintaining the freedom of the people. All laws, natural and civil, are backed by force, its the root. In our modern age guns are our high level force. Without guns the populace has no ability to exert any force against threat and are basically sitting ducks. Seems to me that countries without gun culture (most) are the most fucked/exploited by…
/r/TheRedPill12/01/17 07:48 PM

I guess I wouldn't believe a word she says until she actually starts doing it. "I want to start cooking" doesn't mean shit. When you're coming home and food is ready, then you should consider it. Seems like there are some red flags to be checking out before getting into anything too serious, brother.

The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle. A good book on the perspective of living in the present, not worrying about past or future. Enjoyed the post (I understand the importance of analyzing your past, and planning for your future).

I used to game a lot in HS and younger... it's no where near as fun anymore so I get what you mean. I stopped in college but once I graduated I built a nice computer to give it a shot again. I really like games that require team communication and strategy. I also think Assassins Creed is a boring game, never liked em.

Yea I am aware that dairy isn't good (industrially speaking) since it does come from cows. I didn't know dairy has the same negative health effects as meat. Damn, I really like eating dairy. And yep anything to do with chickens, i'm also aware, not good. I think I like dairy because it is dense with protein, tasty, and easy to eat.
/r/TheRedPill15/12/16 01:32 AM

I like your take on veganism. Part of it because of the importance of the negative effects of over-consumption of meat. I personally eat a lot of dairy products (greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, eggs are my big ones, no milk) and a little bit of meat (typically chicken turkey or pork). I think everyone has different bodies so if veganism cured those health issues that is awesome. My body seems to tolerate meat and dairy pretty well so I will continue eating it. But I do stress the importanc…

I think this is a big part of what separates average herd-men from great men. I think it plays a huge role in all of the social/political strife we have in America right now. Masses of people are clung to an identity and will not let it go and expect or desire all other groups to yield to them.

Seriously, I got hit by a car on my bike once, I was fine but some bystandards called the police. They showed up and I assumed they would be cool since I thought it was the cars fault. The cops tried to blame it on me and write me a citation or some crap. Immediately regretted not just going on my way when I got up.

Yea this is what I have noticed that is helpful lately. Sometimes when texting a girl it gets to a point where I just don't know what to say back, and instead of trying to formulate some good response (never works) I now just don't respond. Has a much better effect.
/r/TheRedPill13/12/16 06:43 PM
1

Yea. Since I work 5 days a week, weekends are mostly what I have to get out so I've gotten to know the area around me that I can get to and back in a weekend. Lots of good places here in SoCal and I love camping and hiking. I use my work vacations to go places that are far.

Yup I think Snap is great and girls love it. I'm glad you made the point on making "good" snaps. I have a few friends whose snaps are just so painfully boring I had to delete them. I even called one of them out on having boring snaps. He said "well its just usually the mundane parts of my life" some hamster shit. Where I make the point, it doesn't matter what you're doing, if you are a charismatic and even creative person you can make good entertaining snaps at any time.

Californian here. There's a lot of places to go in California itself if you want to just get started and get used to going out on ur own. Lots of places to camp and road trip to with cool stuff to see. Just do a weekend trip. Plus camping isn't too expensive if you have the gear.

I've come to believe humans aren't good in general. They, like all life/existence, are amoral and selfish. Morals exist as a social construct to have your group survive more efficiently.

Yea, I'm not sure if that's speeding us up or slowing us down haha. We also engage in warfare (we have predators) which probably has an impact on invigorating the behavioral states that exist before things get too cushy. Also we are diverse in the advancement of these phenomenon, eg East and West. I think we still have hope to reverse the process, we might have to leave cities and spread out more.
/r/TheRedPill16/11/16 06:39 PM

Not sure. Could be. Going by the experiment seems like the only way to reverse it would be to lower the population or increase the space.

I dont know. She was a nice looking asian girl. A cutie. I might have made her mad? We were talking for a bit but she was giving short unenthusiastic replys, but replying nonetheless. I made a joke and she said, was that supposed to be funny? I said why are you smiling? she said Nope. I said you should, it looks good on you. Then she said all the mean shit haha. I remember I used to run and do some workouts on the beach, squat and throw heavy rocks etc. One time a couple of older ladies were walking by kind of in awe (I was pretty ripped) and they asked me, what are you training for? I basically just said something along the lines of, "Just training for life" , as I believe its the duty of every man to be as fit and strong as he can be.

Well I actually believe that stress is way more detrimental to your health than people realize, so I fully believe everyone should be as relaxed and happy as they can be, even for their health's sake. Don't take life too hard, even the really bad shit. And yea, women bringing the weed, rare but great when they do.

Being their escape isn't necessarily being an emotional dumping ground, imo. To me it means, leave your bad emotions at home, come here and have fun emotions to escape your crap. Then it leads to sex, bingo, Not Beta. I see what you mean though, posts can be interpreted differently sometimes, hence discussion.
/r/TheRedPill26/10/16 11:04 PM

Yea you're probably right. The one he was talking about has these awesome massive natural jugs. I'm only an hour in the podcast, gotta finish it. JR and DB both pretty cool dudes. JR is funny as hell, he has a new stand up out.

Well I agree with you dude. The "im hot and get laid" was definitely some butthurt comment. The vandaalen top comment is also butthurt as fuck. Can't stand when people use the word "feefees". /r/TheRedPill26/10/16 12:00 AM

Oh, gotchya. Well that's good and bad. Bad because that's way to fucking much time and good because you still have plenty of time to stop being a beta. Start fucking other girls and maybe then that girl will actually want to fuck you. Textbook beta, you're clinging to this one girl way too hard. Read the sidebar.
/r/TheRedPill25/10/16 11:41 PM
2

I disagree. Text game is fine and useful. What you did is not the same as "text game". You failed by the end of the second paragraph. You texting a girl for 25% of your adult life is texting sure, but it sure as hell isn't any game. Give the fuck up on this broad.

A Latina woman I work with once asked me why young folk here in America are so adamant about leaving their parents (with the parents support) and beginning new lives on their own, in contrast to her culture where the whole family stays together all their lives and takes care of each other. I really could not come up with any reason as to me it was more logical to stay with your family. It's just a part of my social conditioning to be independent I guess, so I still prefer and very much enjoying …

Same. It's often difficult to restrain myself from getting worked up over it and reduce myself to arguing with these brainwashed herd people. I think of it as if I was a primal human. My diet staples and consistent foods are all plant or dairy based (abundant food that is farmed or gathered or milking your cow). Meat is a part of the diet that comes around every once in a while and it's good as fuck and invigorating because of its dense nutrients (like every once in a while the hunters will be successful and come home with some meat. Sometimes just birds and rabbits, but sometimes big game like deer or pig which leads to a feast). But…

I don't think its the intention of people to do the right thing for all of humanity, typically. Most just want to do whats right for themselves. Being pro-Black to fight the supposed humanitarian plight of the black people is oxymoronic to me. You didn't make the most of it... okay so lesson learned, make the most of your time. Are you making the most of your time now? Why not? I think a lot of depression comes from when your expectations don't meet reality and you get frustrated. Align your expectations with reality. You expect to be getting the most out of life because of what? Because you wrote some songs and practiced martial arts? That doesn't really mean shit. The reality of "getting the most out of it" is that it takes constant…

I used to think something like that too. That self-help was too pansy to consider. But with a little bit of reading its pretty legit. You don't want to coddle yourself like a baby, but you don't have to hate yourself and try and shame yourself into doing things. Yea there's not much logic, dancing is all about being present and comfortable just having fun. I like 10. because it demonstrates the important distinction between competing against others to beat them and competing against yourself to be your best. I feel like the most successful athletes, for example, aren't winning because they try so hard to beat everyone else (although the joy of winning against others is a secondary benefit from competing) but they are winning because they are consistently beating themselves, becoming better and better and better.

Agreed. I really have started to see this as a reason for declining quality of life. I really hate how hardly anyone produces quality goods anymore with the intent on making something great that will aid a man for many years. Planned obsolescence really sickens me. I now put a lot of effort in maintaining the few things I own and use so they last and am willing to pay the extra money to buy goods from those small companies that do still put a lot of skill, effort, and heart into their craft.

Nice man, I'm 23 and my goal is to hit 100k at or before 30. School and work has always been easier than girls for me, but its getting better... I keep going up

You're body takes pretty good care of itself as long as you put the right fuel in the tank (eat healthy)

Yup, what he did was a great way to handle it. Just don't go back and be a beta OP. If anything have her come crawling back and suck your D.

Same, I don't wash my hair with anything but water. Eventually it gets a bit greasy after maybe like a month and ill just throw in a tiny bit of regular soap real quick to just rinse out some oil. Shampoo even just one time turns my hair into a lifeless dry pile of hay desperate for some hydration. I also dont use any scrubbing shower items as I believe that's just bad for your skin, i'm not caked with dirt... just soap in hand and get out. Every man varies though, I think I'm lucky to have been…

I like your spirituality, if you will. And I respect your awareness, nice post. Keep your mind and body free from pollution and allow your soul to shine, feel the deep rooted joy from being your true self. I'm not religious but I think I understand it, and have read some "neo-religious" type books. I also like to visit the Church of Psilocybin from time to time, its a refreshing accelerator of the soul, although I have learned sobriety is the best most perfect state to live in.

Awesome post. It really helps you understand how important it is to take things step by step and not get ahead of yourself. Jumping straight into higher level activity is an easy way to get frustrated and even depressed (ie taking a health dose of rejection). I really like the hierarchy of needs as you have laid out in terms of TRP. To me working your way through the hierarchy is an exercise in building your energy levels. For example, I put a lot of energy into the basics like cleaning my apt, …

"Successful people believe in equality of opportunity. Losers believe in equality of outcome." Absolutely love this. There is so much truth to this statement as it applies to not only TRP, but the entire manosphere as well as life all together. Really explains so much when you encounter all the winners and the losers in this world. Recognize opportunity and seize it for your own success, never expect anyone to give you anything. Having this mentality makes life so much better, you have an unders…

Men are no longer as they were before. Mainstream masculinity has gone soft, letting women run rampant over them.

I think you have your mind made up then, it just sucks to face the pain. But like I've read here, the pain of a breakup isn't as bad as the pain of regret.

How old are you? Sounds a lot like my last LTR of 2 years I actually broke off a couple weeks ago. You've patched some things but the leaks are still there. For me, like you're saying, the sex/physical attraction just isn't really there anymore, so I said fuck it. Still havnt gotten laid yet since, my game isn't good, but I'm working on it.

Damn dude, dump her, get out and bring yourself back up and into shape. That kind of stress will ruin your life. Six years though... tough, if you can fix it then good on ya.

This list seems more like just women you have met in your jobs, but not necessarily all of the types of women you will meet in corporate land. I often think about how much more fun my corporate job would be if it was just the guys. There are a couple of okay women, but its just not the same kind of fun. The drama I have encountered in the office has come from either women or beta dudes.

Yep, cutting ties. Just ended a 2 year LTR, and you nailed the reasons. Feels good to be able to keep improving my own life.

If you are to listen to music I would say to listen to albums of good music in whole. It requires you maintain more focus.

I've fucked the same girl daily for a year straight and every time was great, I eventually just couldn't stand her. This girl is different, it's the other way around. I'm definitely not lacking in Thrusty McFuckerHammer.

The first half wasn't really long distance. Things were interesting, mostly fun, and she does have something good going for her career wise as well. The really good sex seemed to fade and I got bored, especially due to what feels like the tedious aspects of maintaining a relationship. Its more difficult now that I have moved farther away (finished school/getting good job) and my mind is almost teeming with potential. But we've had a lot of good times, it would be painful to cut off.
