Thanks for this post. One thing I've noticed is that though leading may seem like it would make things harder--cause you have to do the work--it actually makes things easier because you can lead her to whatever it is that YOU want to do.

Either you've gotta be super blunt to the beta because he's not getting the message, or the alpha you like needs to man up and tell the guy to fuck off (probably using nicer-sounding wording).
