It just seems too broad right now because it encompasses too many situations, including contradictory ones. I would only call trans misogyny those situations where a person is despised or forced to do certain things specifically because of their identity—that is, situations where identity is taken into account at all. 6	Feminists think that MTP not being considered rape is better for men. Women are rarely prosecuted, even for sexual activity with minors. In Ukraine, the government and media don't consider this to be injustice or illegal. Moreover, there have been cases where women who used children to produce pornography received suspended sentences, effectively escaping prosecution.
