2	Why I hate RSD. My experience. There is a difference between analyzing, critiquing yourself, learning from it then moving on and over thinking it to the point of self deprecation. I'm by no means a PUA, but I have watched hours and hours of DYD, RSD, etc etc. If you have true confidence in who you are, then, really, you don't need any of the PUA stuff.
