I did the math one time to figure out how many hours ive lived. I shit you not i thought you would have millions of hours in your life. Well 24x365x80 (assuming i would die at 80) put me at just over 700 000 hours. IMO you need to first focus on getting into a routine of going to bed early, waking up drinking water and eating a well balanced meal for energy... then once you start to feel better you can exercise. I remember one time I was sitting at a table with 4 of my friends from high school. One friend says “(my name) is the only one here who is still in the same shape as he was in high school... I think he’s onto something!”I’m usually 8-10% on average year round and it takes a lot of work. Some of these guys have a huge gut, but some are sorta fit, but as you say, fat on top.
