Yeah, she's living in my head rent-free. Still trying to process if my "mental breakdown" was what drove her away because I'm just working on the assumption that it did. To be honest, it wasn't even a mental breakdown because I wasn't crying or sobbing, I planned to say all those words over the phone to her because I wanted to show her that, like her I too was psychologically broken and why her friendship meant so much to me. Just trying to process all of this, hoping to understand why she aband…

Thank you so much for taking time off and writing all of this, it really means a lot to me. With that said, I think there's been some misunderstanding. I'm not looking for validation, I'm looking for opposite of validation. At that time I felt that my "demands" were reasonable because all I was asking for was basic human decency - if someone breaks down in front of me, I help them. I don't judge them or abandon them like this girl did to me. And I do that because I want to, not because I expect …

I didn't think she was the perfect partner but I knew that we both could work on our flaws together. It's hard to explain just how similar we were to each other. I didn't say a word to her when she was being toxic or I was feeling terrible, and she didn't say a word to me when she felt I was being too bold or when I was dumping all my emotions on to her even though I repeatedly asked her if she was ok with it. I even proposed that we have a code word to let the other know that she was feeling aw…

I was hiding everything you said I was hiding because she never seemed to care about those things and a mutual friend told me that she always makes excuses when confronted with emotional stuff. I made all the mistakes you said I did but I did them for her sake, not because I was pretending to be someone I was not. I would've done the same thing had it been someone I was not in love with. I just seem to care more for people than they care about me.

To me it seemed like she was getting impatient that I hadn't asked her out but she would also be hurt if I did ask her out. I really hope that I just misinterpreted her intentions and that women can be playful in an almost flirty way because even after moving on, it seemed like I was right.

You didn’t get what you wanted, so you had a (very common) emotional breakdown and “victim puked” your emotions on her; that’s not vulnerability, that’s scary to people. I understand how it can be scary when you're confessing your love or something to people but is it also scary when someone tells you how much their friendship means to you? My emotional puking was overly dramatic and emotional, but there were no personal attacks or anything. I personally feel that if a friend were to do that wit…

See, I understand all of those things now and I wish I knew about them before but I don't think I suffer from Nice Guy Syndrome. I didn't think I was obliged to a romantic relationship just because I was nice to her, on the contrary I was almost ready to let go of my romantic feelings because that's how much her friendship meant to me. If I had asked her out on date and she had rejected me, I would still have been ok with that - really hurt but still ok. I was under the impression that friends a…

Thank you for that. I just wanted to double check to see if I was on right path and not misguided. I had started reading the seduce subreddit (which is kind of like trp) some days ago in an desperate attempt to improve my relationship with her. Right now, I'm just trying to filter-out all the unrealistic and misguided information out of my brain.

I understand her now, and I still feel like she was ready but was afraid of a commitment being "formalized". Like, if she did all those things for me, she'll be admitting that I meant as much to her as we both knew we did. I know this is all very complicated but I'm just trying to make sure that I don't have unrealistic expectations from relationships. I feel like a lot of what I know about relationships is not realistic & there's a temptation to just hold back on emotions when it comes to women…

See, that's what I thought too. Everything seemed to indicate that she was ready. Hell, it seemed like she was ready for a real relationship but she backed out of the friendship so fast, it made me question everything I know about women. That's why I'm here trying to figure out if other people think I was too fast and how much time I should've given her before it's safe to do these things. I apologize if this seems out of place but I'm really tempted to adopt the "don't show women your weakness"…

Early 20s. In friendship, I don't expect much from people other than normal human decency and a "give and take" relationship. With close friends though, I reckon that you're there for your friend when they're down, that you care about them, their opinions, etc. Relationships I assume are like close friendships but more intimate. My definition of vulnerable would be opening up about something sad from your past or your fears at a time where you have to get it out of your system. Not necessarily li…

I understand that every relationship is unique but I have no understanding of what is considered too fast. I personally felt it was the right time because we were both comfortable with each other but clearly it was too fast. So, if you had to generalize things and pick a number, what would you say is a good amount of time. When do you know that it's not "too soon" because everything I have experienced and read until now, I feel that women don't always tell you things. So, how is a man to decide …

I was planning to ask her if she wants to travel somewhere the weekend after the exams mainly because she's under a lot of stress right now and was on verge of a breakdown sometime ago. With that said, I also don't want to seem to clingy.

I feel pretty comfortable with her so I can pull something intimate (she likes the intimate things more than ass grabs) if I wanted to. I just don't know what I should do. And do not let her freindzone you She hasn't friendzoned me, but I do feel that I'm becoming an afterthought in her life, so I need to act fast. Post in other sub for context

Because she brings out the best in me, and despite being an introvert she makes me want to go out and hang out with her. Why would I want to let her go?
/r/seduction23/10/18 02:37 PM

See, when I'm with her I turn into an extrovert. We talk about random shit and giggle for a long time but how do you make her see as something more than a friend? How do you let her know that you're interested? Do you give her hints? Flirt? Be direct and say it?
/r/seduction23/10/18 02:33 PM

fucking do it And what is this it? Be blunt and ask her out? Be subtle and test the water? Would appreciate more details. P.S: I'm an introvert
