Men and women have been paid the same, at least in western countries for like 45 years now and it's illegal to lay a woman less for doing the same job as man. I believe men and women should be treat equally and in the western world our laws and systems have been equal for decades. The disparity in income inequality and career progression are due to choice not systematic. Men work longer hours in more dangerous jobs on average over women.
