16	My company created resource groups for all sorts…except white men Lol the Veteran group is the white men group. In all seriousness tho, probably time to leave your job and find a more right leaning one. You'd be surprised at how inclusive moderate people are. The middle and even right don't exclude anyone. -1	Why is the extreme inequality of conscription rarely talked about? Absolutely. In my previous respond to the other guy, conscription should be abolished unless we face an invading force. But even then, cowards are going to run and there's nothing inherently wrong with being a coward, but we wouldn't really need it. 1	Why is the extreme inequality of conscription rarely talked about? I mean perhaps, but I'm just saying. I think the right answer would be to rid the draft entirely. Drafted armies are historically worse all together than volunteer armies. But even so, if we conscript females, you could expect to have a less kush job and be out in the field, fighting. 3	Should conscription be gender neutral? Based on reading this thread, I don't want women to be sent to the front. If I'm shot and need to be carried out, I'd rather have a man who can lift me tbh.
