Honestly? If you have friends like that that don’t support you, I would think about starting to hang out with other people. Friends should be all about support. When it comes to mines, I’m always the one telling them to make moves and to not be afraid of rejection. That only shows how insecure they all feel in reality. As John John Florence put it, your friends should be pushing you to create new limits. Also, sucking at something is gonna make you feel like that. ALWAYS. What you said could be …

Well, what I started to do is focusing on smaller goals and creating a list everyday, because I only had these long term things like “finishing my degree” or “travelling”. So now for instance I’ve got “read one chapter of this book”, “play guitar for 15 minutes”, etc. That’s one side of it. The other side is (as I said) the emotional one and I think that’s the most important part: allowing yourself to be out of control sometimes. This happened to me and I just got out of it. I think what actually happened is that I was being sooooo objective on the way to take my life that I was kind of suppressing my emotions. Allow yourself to be and feel, even if you feel like shit. It’s okay to do “harmful things” from time to time. Edit: Also, find a purpose or goal to keep going, it can be game changing.

Bald at 18 actually, but who the fuck cares. When you dwell on it is when you let it affect your life. I used to see myself really bad at the beginning, but since I embraced it, I actually think of me as an attractive guy. Beauty is subjective and I’ve had girls complementing me in many ways. Just last week I was told this girl said she wasn’t into bald guys and then she kinda took it back after meeting me ¯\(ツ)/¯

Lol, I’m 5’ 6” and I never even thought it was an issue. Only once a tallish girl told me I was “too short” for her, but that was more her projecting her own “tall girl insecurities” than me being “short”. The thing is, if you focus on what you believe is a disadvantage, it will become a disadvantage for sure. I’m 21, I’ve been bald for a few years and I don’t give 2 shits about it right now cause I embraced myself. Every trait of you can be used as an advantage in the right situation. It’s all …
