Someone may give you a more detailed answer, but in short... Should you do SL 5x5? Yes. It is a good routine that builds a baseline level of full-body strength (legs, back, and arms). It also starts out slow, so you don't overwhelm yourself and quit. I'm not as knowledgable about nutrition. What I would start to do is trying to eat more veggies and protein (meals involving chicken, rice, and some sort of veggie (broccoli, sweet potatoes, etc.) are a popular choice). Since you are 16 and live wit…

Masturbation is necessary if you plan on lasting any longer than thirty seconds in bed. With that being said, I think that letting it build up a little does give you a higher sex drive and more energy. Concerning porn, I think it is bad for you. I think it gives you less of a motivation to approach women. My advice would be to do the 90 day nofap (no porn and no masturbation), and after the 90 days, return to masturbation, but not pornography

There was a Joe Rogan podcast on this topic with Johann Hari. He essentially came to the same conclusion that depression, anxiety, etc. are caused by external factors rather than anything that is biological. With that being said, I think they can be disorders without being biological.. It kind of depends on your definition, but depression is nowhere near a purely biological phenomenon.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
