0 Bitterness on my rating scale. Obviously it's hard to tell the actual situation, but just from words alone I don't see any resentment. He was courteous and polite even if forced into an uncomfortable scenario, and he didn't have any emotional turmoil by seeing her when he mentioned the zero fucks. Seems a-okay to me.

I think the biggest issue is your wording. You don't have a right to own anyone, nor do you have the right to get rid of someone. That's a very possessive way to look at it. You can BE with someone, and you can STOP BEING with someone.

One thing that strikes is that when you were dealing with that final bit of LMR, you chose to show indifference to her wanting to leave, thus showing an abundance mentality, but you say in your post that you're "telescribing your disappointment so she knows it's not cool." Isn't that completely opposite of what you should be trying to present? Not that it didn't work out for you in the end, but I believe that you're supposed to not care, not "care but don't show it, but send it subconsciously" E…
