There are a lot of people in this world who are looking for "the next one" and I've always stayed away from them. If they are complaining to me about their boyfriend/girlfriend they overstepped the boundaries of a workplace relationship in the first place and are likely looking for a soft landing of being with another person before they leap. They do it once they'll do it again and I don't need to be a stepping stone. I think if you move in you are only setting yourself up for failure.

Five guys could use the same "line" and my reactions to each would be dependent upon a number of factors, including what mood I am in at the time. I might find one totally repulsive, two or three lame and phony and one might be totally charming. Having said that if I am in a "wrong for the moment mood" Mr. Charming could be fantastic and he'd appear to be really irritating. Twenty minutes later I could perceive him as Mr. Wonderful again...sorry for that! Now if Mr. Wonderful saw that I was non …

Yeah she doesn't fancy to fall into bed with anyone she doesn't like and that takes a bit of knowing.

She is using you. Avoid at all costs.

Self hypnosis should do it and not have you become an alcoholic.

They are not attractive. At best 7/10 (with an occasional 8/10). So you are holding out for high paid models? Gees you really sound like you are not appreciating what you do have.

It is both intimate and caring and something you can do acceptably in public to show the world you love her.

I have no advice for you other than to do what you can respect yourself for doing. AND do not expect ANY truth in a courtroom, let alone justice. Having said that sometimes the good guys win! Good luck to you.

Well this is part of life eh? You learn all the rules as children so you can learn which of those rules are significant in your life as an adult. By the way I really really really hate to hear belches...I vote you don't go that far!

If she had any desires to see you when she comes back you probably blew it. Before you get angry I agree with you that she should have reimbursed you and even should have asked if you wanted something...but still the only thing to take away with her is that you are probably a tight wad.

Think of women as people instead of women. They are not to be feared and are hit on many times a day so by you treating them kindly it will be a great change. Opening doors, talking about the weather, where you got your best bagel or anything will do. If they like sports talk that. Stop thinking EVERY girl you talk to you have to conquer. You do not and you will not. Take that pressure on you off the table. You are a man and both you and women are human beings and have far more in common than di…

When it hits you this is what you are doing...just stop. Look at her and admit you got to excited about your conversation and some times that happens to you. She will hopefully think that is adorable.

I'd tell them: "Please don't distract yourself from our conversation by using your phone. I only get a short amount of time with you and I really want to enjoy it be knowing you." When they ignore you the next time, get up and walk away. Drop them. If they don't make amends to you and change their habits, how much are you really missing? Of course you may need to enjoy being alone but at least you will not be irritated all the time.

What you say is true as almost everyone wants to be understood and appreciated...on the other hand the more you inspire them to talk about themselves the more they will like you and be friendly to you and cheer your life up as well...odd how that works.

I think using terms as "pussy out" when you are talking to a group od women is more likely to be frowned upon. Why exactly is something thought of as feminine a negative? To answer your question there is almost nothing that is a deal breaker when it comes to attraction. If you are a good person and kind that will shine through and sooner or later the right person is going to see that and scoop you up!

I went through this. What I did was I quit. I left ALL my social life behind and sat at home wondering what do people who don't drink do? It was difficult BUT I had put myself through such pain coming to the decision that I NEVER relapsed and it has been many years and some real life trials where you'd think I'd go back to it but no, I never thought of it! Many people need different things but I just berated myself and hated it so much that when I walked away I was able to give up everything. Sl…

Every sit down dinner I've been to there has been a broad conversation and many little side conversations. That was my thought to help participate as much as you can without being in the spotlight with the broader conversation.

All I can suggest is to engage a person next to you in a one on one for a bit and then you are participating and friendship may ensue.

This has been up for 22 hours with no responses? Seriously every man should have read this by now it would really help them (and the women they desire) out a great deal.

What catches my eye? I guess looks-don't have to be handsome as I just register that first and while someone at ease is comfortable if you are nervous I can certainly understand that too, most of us are. What really makes me more interested is a smile, a sincere happy to be here smile. Well that opening doesn't leave much room to roam. I'd suggest you say something like "Do you like this group? Have you seen them before?" Or "This is a pretty nice place are there others around here you like to g…

As a female I hate to be approached when I know it has nothing to do with who I am. I need to feel like there is/can be an attraction there and phony stinks.

No, but it means she is willing to be with you, get to know you and see if there is something there that could go further as a couple or perhaps at least find a good friend.

Can't relate to OKCupid so you are on your own! I was thinking in face to face encounters just assume they are approachable and somewhat interested. Maybe your personal responses are too personal and come across as clingy or needy? Just throwing that out there.
/r/seduction09/10/13 09:31 PM

Oh gotcha! Well if you do not catch those signs why not just assume they are there and act accordingly? If they aren't interested you will know! If they are? Lucky you!

Instead of being the guy who talks to people after the show to be friendly you could push it into getting phone numbers or taking them out fo coffee after to get to know them better. In other words make it go from a professional situation to a personal one.
/r/seduction09/10/13 09:09 PM

I suck at getting women on OkCupid and I'm kinda shy when it comes to strange women out in public. Which is weird since I do improv and can talk to anyone after the show, maybe has to do something with comfort. I think under those circumstances you are "on" and being someone else perhaps? Kind of hiding who you think the real you is so you only take it so far when if you pushed it a bit you could get numbers and dates from all that! I don't know about boundaries other than to not allow people to…

Being a nice guy is NEVER the problem. Being so desperate you have no set boundaries of behavior is a problem. More so lousy selections of girls is a bigger problem.

I like your style but stay unemotional! Also if she knows you are doing this she may withhold from experience just to be stubborn!

Sounds like she's still living in her head instead of reality and this could all change with experience.

She may not know herself well enough (or have enough experience) to know what she really wants...life is a process and what you believe early on is likely to change sometimes drastically with experience.

Crying is both normal and understandable...trust no one find out what the laws actually are and keep out of trouble over this as you WILL be labeled a sex offender ALL of your life if you do not watch your self. My very best thoughts are with you in this...you take care.

Watch your back and have no sex of any kind with this gal until she is legal...you are dealing with crazy and you will lose (likely ) in a court of law...or help her get emancipated as the police have said. The wait isn't that long and will give you time to get organized for what you want to do (move in together?) when she is legal.

As a girl/woman who has done/does do this allow me to say that there may be a sexual attraction to you...or just plain old shyness! If you are ignored you do not have to be dealt with at all and it may be they lack social skills to deal with the reality of you. Most likely is nothing at all negative about you.

I'm not quite sure people aren't understanding what you are saying. As a woman who has gone through this (don't believe I was ever a 9-10) I understand exactly. It can be flattering to get the attention on the one hand but mostly it is nerve racking as I'm there with my friends and don't believe anyone is after me for anything other than a quick hookup (parental training took hold) and not likely to want to do anything with anyone I haven't learned something about. A good evening of conversation…

A good reason to give up drinking is when you cannot determine your own behaviour while under the influence. I like that you immediately take responsibility but this will nag at your pride forever...time to change.

As a female I find this heart breaking. She loves you, she stays. If marriage means more to her than you do it is about power and money. You have been true to yourself and will not regret it. Feel free to mourn your loss but always be true to yourself. I have seen far too many women wear a man down to get their way. Don't be that doormat.

Years ago there was an ad on tv which showed someone testing car doors as they walked by with the voiceover:"Lock your cars, help keep a good kid good" that seeed to me the turning point when our society became so punitive and over protective regulating what each of us can do rather than to punish the transgressors. This is the same thing and I find them both quite offensive...good people do NOT need supervision for their moralitybehaviour as they CHOOSE to behave in a moral/good way.
