Just realized something: reason why women are predominately hired by corporations and not small businesses and mom and pop shops; only big corporations can afford to hire women; they have many offsets for their lack of productivity and lack ground level supervision. Things will still mostly work out when all the women slack but all the men pick up the slack. You can’t get away with woman shit in a small business that’s for sure.
